W.W.A.D Founder and Director Melissa Mcphee
U.K.A/ I.D.T.A Professional Teacher of Dance Associate, Licentiate. Licensed Championship Adjudicator Choreographer and Dancer. Member of the U.K.A, I.D.T.A. Melissa is a fully-qualified dance teacher as a Licentiate full membership and Associate. Melissa is a Professionally qualified teacher in Ballet, Modern Jazz, Hip Hop, Street Dance, Freestyle Disco and Cheerleading and currently holds a Championship Adjudicator license. Melissa is 30 years old from Glasgow in Scotland and moved to Pembrokeshire in Wales when she was 10 years old. When Melissa was 3 she constantly danced everywhere and it was then her Mum realised her love for dance and took her to Susan Deans Stage School in Glasgow where she learnt Ballet, Jazz, Tap and Majorette and performed in the school stage shows. Melissa studied an National Dipolma in Performing Arts and has performed lead roles in performances such as Half a Sixpence, Moby Dick, and Mother Goose. Melissa has gained great experience dancing, teaching, choreography, and training towards her Professional teaching exams. Melissa began teaching at the age of 16. She realized her life long dream when she opened her studio in 1998 and continues to share her knowledge and love of dance with her students.

Guest Dance Teacher and Choreographer-Mark Short Mark has choreographed many industry professionals including Liberty X, Tina Turner, Peter Andre and ant n' Dec. He has also been the choreographer in Oakwood since it has opened and has his own successful stage Schools in the London area, Marks pupils have had huge success!!. Students from Marks stage school are now starring in the BBC'S Eastenders. Playing the part of "Ben Mitchell" (Son of Phil Mitchell), and (Squiggle).
