Classes

Pupils are placed according to age and ability.  If a pupil is more advanced, a higher level of class may be needed to strengthen the pupil's ability and give them a challenge. In most cases, pupils are with others their own age. Pupils are not placed because of friendships or how long they have been dancing. They are being placed strictly by the level of the technique which they demonstrate on a weekly basis. A pupil will be placed in a class where he/she will feel confident in order to promote the highest level of self-esteem. Please trust the staff's years of experience in the decision for class placement.  The Company always act in the best interests of the pupil. Pupils progress at different levels and advancing a pupil before he/she is ready can create stress, a loss of interest and discouragement.

(1) Failure by the Company to insist upon the strict performance of these rules and terms and conditions or failure to exercise any right or remedy to which they are entitled hereunder shall not constitute a waiver thereof.

(2) No waiver shall be effective unless it is communicated to the parent/guardian either orally or in writing.
